  I was always thought once you buy a vehicle from a dealer they move to the next customer, this is not the case at Gunnedah Toyota, i had my vehicle serviced recently and have never been so impressed at a dealership, the whole service team were outstanding, i was kept informed ,was served coffee while i waited and the price was as agreed ,

  I contacted Gunnedah Toyota for a quote on a new vehicle for my business, I was given a quote with a competitive price. The next day I rang and requested to order the vehicle, the sales woman told me the next shipment was two months away but she would see if she could get something for me earlier. Two weeks later the sales woman would not return my calls, when I finally got her on the phone she told me she could no longer supply me with a vehicle because she had sold them all to a fleet customer. I requested to speak to Ryan Taylor to which I was told he was busy, after a number of phone calls he finally called me back and proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I had not ordered the car the instant I got the quote. It was obvious that they had made a mistake on the price and didn't want to honor their quote but when I asked Ryan if this was the case he told me the price was fine but he had prioritized his orders and didn't want to sell me the car. I told him that he and his business was one of the most unprofessional I had ever delt with, it was at this piont that he ran out of excuses and hung up on me. I will never deal with this business again and I would advise anyone thinking of buying a car to go elsewhere.

  Though I've not bought a car from them, I've been dealing with Gunnedah Toyota since a long time now. They are Professionals. Mick, Renee and even Ryan are super friendly and ready to assist you whatever the situation. The part I really love about them is that, they aren't the pushy type. They patiently hear you out, and give the right recommendations. If my next car is a Toyota, its definitely from Gunnedah Toyota.

  BEWARE BEWARE , took a 2016 hilux in for 30 thousand service , had been told from other buisnesses and private people not to take car there for service , that they had bad experiances with things not being done , after picking up vehicle , there was a discrepancy in price quoted for service , person that was serving me ' said they would make it up next service ? after returning home and checking vehicle , noticed a few specific things had not been done , as per step by step scheduled handbook service , fortunately because i had taken pictures of certain filters prior to the service being done i know they had been changed , alot of trust is put in a genuine toyota dealership , seems maybe it shouldnt be , rang and advised about bad servicing , feel sorry for the people that dont check if work has actually been done , would highly reccomend that things are checked if have to have it serviced by gunnedah toyota .

  Me and my partner had visited Australia for a short while, and had a friend's Corolla to drive around. However, we got a slight ding in it and called Gunnedah Toyota. They kept to their word (whatever we spoke on phone) - I walk in and the car gets excellent treatment, and I’m out of there shortly without having to have service push me to get extra paid work done. Truly a class act!
