  So highly recommended. If I'm up that way again, I'll definitely stay there. If you're looking for a great friendly country town pub, I recommend you do too.

  The landlords were out in the back garden with a whole heap of locals having what I reckon is a standard Sunday night. They had a big pot of chicken stew on, and I got not only a room for the night but a free feed! Then we got the guitars out and the night got late...

  I stayed here overnight back in October on my way up to Queensland for work. I was a drop-in - heard their ad on the tourist radio as I got into Gunnedah, was tired, and figured worth a try.

  Spent a night there and was bitten by a cockroach whilst sleeping. Dining room fairly standard.
