  As we left I made sure all of our rubbish was placed in plastic bags easy for the staff to dispose off, and I even pulled the beds down so that the staff had an easy job to clean the room. But also found out they had an issue with us doing that after we told them about room 12.

  The first was the deluxe king suite, which in my opinion should be the deluxe king single suite. as the king bed is just two king singles pushed together, which makes it very uncomfortable to snuggle with your partner as the seem between the beds makes it very uncomfortable. Another room we were in was room 11 which was a great room no issues, the bed was comfortable, it was a great.

  We were ready to book again for another week, we asked to not be put in room 12 as the bed made it difficult for me to sleep.

  We kept the rooms tidy, on each of our 4 nights stays I let them in one day to do house keeping and the other days I cleaned the room when I woke up. Each day they would knock on my door and wake me for room service even if I had the do not disturb on the door and after I said I would rather them leave me along unless the door hanger isn’t there.

  I originally choose this hotel after staying at the Maine stay several times, (great hotel) but I wanted a pool and this hotel has one. Although the last time I stayed the pool was green because of a cleaning

  But as we asked not to be in room 12 the staff got shurky and said they had an issue with the fact that I didn’t allow them to come in for room service in the morning when the only reason was that I have severe insomnia and I can’t sleep at night, but I find It easy to sleep during the day when my partner is at work.

  We were then put in room 12 which the bed was an old mattress which you could feel the springs and myself had much difficulty sleeping on this bed.

  The convince of near Woolies and the pool are the only upsides to staying here.
